Stuck on Hardwoods

This homeowner had a major water loss that consisted of a water supply line break in their utility room while they were away from home.  The water migrated from the utility room into multiple rooms of the home for almost 48 hours before it was discovered by a friend of the family who was checking on the family's pets.  SERVPRO of Natchez was called out after hours to start extracting the water.  After extracting the water from both carpet and hard surfaces and placing drying equipment it was determined that the engineered hardwood flooring in the living room would require removal.  Our production team worked many hours to remove the hardwood floors which had been installed with the use of a super bonding adhesive.  Finally after several days the floors was successfully removed.  The homeowners had nothing but positive things to say about SERVPRO of Natchez.
